The search for a good fishing hat- before and after the rain.

Day one
If you read the post about my search for a good fishing hat, here is a picture of the hat on the first day of the trip.

Day four

And here is the same hat after a couple of days of rain!

As you can see any suggestions or ideas are welcomed.

B. C. Hats Australia makes very good hats. The model I wear is "Cool as a Breeze". Apparently, I cannot post an URL in a comment so I will quote from their website:
"The Cool as a Breeze canvas features a solar mesh crown which is a welcome relief on hot days. The stylish wide brim provides maximum UV protection and has been reinforced with a flexible wire so the hat can be crushed. Also fitted with a soft and absorbent cotton sweat band."
US $40.00

I will upload a picture to my fflog.

Is the link to the hat Random Phrump is talking about in his comment. It looks pretty good. A bit stylish for me but if it works, I guess I can endure looking good. As you can see in the after picture above I got used to looking goofy pretty quickly.

The secret to a fishing hat is whether or not it is lucky. Not whether it fits or feels good, haha.
